Shadow doesn't do holidays. As the self-appointed guardian of Willowmere Lane, he maintains order, investigates suspicious activity, and definitely doesn't get involved in New Year's nonsense. But when resolutions start manifesting as actual magic—spinning residents on icy driveways, turning mailboxes into gossiping spectators, and causing trees to march across lawns—Shadow's three rules are about to be tested. With help from his enthusiastic raccoon sidekick Bandit, a council of wise owls, and an alliance of unlikely neighborhood creatures, Shadow must outsmart a furry tyrant, relocate a dramatic evergreen tree, and restore balance before midnight on New Year's Eve.
